CEO
Veronica Lawrence is an experienced consultant who has been providing professional educational services since 2013. She currently works at Rice University as a Research Administrator in the Electrical & Computer Engineering department and formerly at University of Houston, Financial aid & Scholarships department.
Chair
Bernadette Haub is a dedicated Nutrition Education Coordinator at Second Harvest Food Bank, a nonprofit organization. Bernadette has over 20 years of experience working with economically challenged individuals, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Treasurer/Secretary
Chantel Rivera is a valued member of the Pivot Foundation board, serving as the treasurer. Chantel currently works for the non-profit organization, Breaking Ground, where she has been instrumental in their mission to strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
Vice-Chair
Agustin Loredo III is a teacher at South Houston High School, where he has served students for the last 20 years as a Mexican American Topics instructor and Head Soccer Coach. Currently Loredo serves as the vice-president of the Fred Aguilar Promise Center, a community center in Baytown, Texas.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our team, we have carefully crafted our cancellation, rescheduling, and No-Show policies.
Rescheduling Policy:
1. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
2. We understand that life can be unpredictable. That's why, if you need to reschedule and you let us know 48 hours in advance, we'll be more than happy to accommodate your request without any additional fees.
3. To reschedule, please get in touch with us via email: info@pivotfdn.org.
Cancellation Policy:
1. All service fees are non-refundable. You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours to reschedule with no additional fees.
2. If you need to reschedule and do so within the 48-hour window, rest assured that your payment will be applied to your new appointment time, ensuring that you get the service you paid for.
No-Show Policy:
1. Your payment will be forfeited if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior written notice (a "no-show").
2. To book a new appointment after a no-show, you must pay the full fee again.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies are designed to ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients while effectively managing our time. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
All service payments, whether made upfront or upon delivery, are final. If you do not cancel or reschedule or are a no-show for your scheduled appointment, you will still be invoiced the total amount for the service.
